Thank you for creating an account with Bonnette Auction Company. You must still register and agree to the terms and conditions for each auction. 

General Terms and Conditions for Online Bidding

Registration and Bidding

  1. Registration: Prior to bidding, all users must register and agree to provide necessary certification such as a bank guarantee or pre-approval letter, as applicable. Registration details can be emailed to info@bonnetteauctions.com.
  2. Online Bidding: Bonnette Auction Company, LLC provides internet pre-auction and live bidding services. By registering, bidders acknowledge that technical issues may prevent the service from operating as intended, and they agree to hold harmless Bonnette Auctions from any claims related to such issues.

Payment and Settlement

  1. Payment Due: Full payment is due on the day of the sale. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or wire transfer. Note: Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee; wire transfers incur a $25 fee.
  2. Final Sale: All sales are final once declared 'Sold' by the auctioneer. Items become the property and responsibility of the bidder, with no returns or chargebacks allowed.

Item Condition and Auction Process

  1. As-Is Condition: All items are sold "as-is, where-is", with no warranties on condition, authenticity, or suitability. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and ascertain their condition.
  2. Descriptions and Discrepancies: While we strive for accuracy, Bonnette Auctions is not liable for any errors in item descriptions unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation.

Additional Fees and Charges

  1. Buyers Premium: A buyers premium will be added to the final bid price, as specified per auction.
  2. Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to all taxable purchases, including any applicable buyer’s premium.

Risks and Liabilities

  1. Site Entry Risks: Entry to auction sites is at one's own risk. Bonnette Auctions is not liable for any injuries or damages occurring at auction sites.
  2. Indemnity: Bidders agree to indemnify Bonnette Auctions against any damages or claims arising from participation in the auction or related activities.

Miscellaneous

  1. Withdrawal and Recataloging Rights: Bonnette Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or recatalog items as needed.
  2. Legal Compliance: Bidders agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Licenses: Bonnette Auctions operates under licenses LA #818, MS#791, TX#13418.
